This notice explains the current handling of information submitted through the Elevscope enquiry form. It is a product draft and requires business and legal review before final publication.
What we collect
The form collects your name, email address, optional company and service selection, and the message you choose to send. We also use a spam-protection check to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated traffic.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, assess a potential project, and manage related client communications. We do not use the form to collect payment information.
Retention and access
Enquiries are stored for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request and manage legitimate business follow-up. Access is limited to authorized Elevscope staff who need the information for that work. Retention periods and any additional disclosures should be confirmed during legal review.
